Network and Server
Our servers are powered by Intel Xeon processors
running the latest
version of RedHat Linux. A support team works around the clock, 365
days a year to ensure that our webservers operate smoothly and continuously. In
the unlikely event that anything should go wrong they will be working to
correct it, in all probability before you know that anything has happened.
Our UK based servers are situated at the RedBus III datacenter facility in the Docklands area of London.
RedBus III is state of the art and includes redundant power, fire surpression and 24/7 security. Our suite is fitted with the latest APC InfraStruXureT racks, including advanced switched power distribution and cable management, giving us a solid physical platform from which to provide our services.
Our London based network has internet connectivity from: Level3, PCCW BtN, Tiscali, MFN, Abovenet, Telecomplete, Avensys, and many more.
Our servers are constantly monitored, both in-house and independently, and we are happy to report that they average around of 99.9% uptime. We are able to view and monitor our servers at any time of day or night via live web cam links.
